How do your warranties work?

During the purchase of your device, you will notice that the lower part of the device is engraved (see image below). 

You used your Fire Design on a fire :

Write down the number of your device and contact us by phone ((+33)1.48.86.68.60) or by email (sav@fire-design.fr).

Give us your device number with the date and the place of purchase if it’s possible.

Then, you just have to send us your device by mail (approximately 9€ costs) or settle it in your nearest customer service place.

We receive your Fire Design and we refill it quickly.

To finish, we send it back to you with no additional costs.

Your warranty will be normal again until the end of the 10 year-warranty.

 

You want a second refill :

Fire design offers you free and unlimited refills.

So, you can contact us every time you have used your device.

 

You wish to have your Fire Design checked: 

In the 10-year warranty time, you can have your device checked at any moment.

For that purpose, nothing is easier… Take your tank number and contact us by phone ((+33)1.48.86.68.60) or by email (sav@fire-design.fr).

Give us your tank number with the date and purchase place if it’s possible. Then, you just have to send us the device by mail (approximately 9€ costs) or settle it in the nearest costumer service place.

We receive your Fire Design and we top it up quickly.

To finish, we send it back to you with no additional costs.
